The double-layer hoist is used to secure and assemble multiple busbars. Once a busbar has been assembled, the double-layer hoist is used to lift it into place. When the next busbar arrives at the installation station, the previous busbar can be lowered onto the busbar below for secure installation. This equipment is available in both pneumatic and electric models.

After the busbars are assembled on the equipment, they are synchronously lifted into the switchgear by a double-layer crane; when the next busbar is delivered to the workstation, the previous one can smoothly land on the lower busbar, achieving precise overlap and secure connection.
