This equipment consists of the following three main workstations:
Feeding and positioning station
After the busbar enters the workstation, the control system automatically identifies the busbar specifications by reading barcode information or obtaining process data from upstream assembly workstations, and selects the corresponding testing fixtures accordingly.
Testing station
This workstation performs three electrical safety tests on the busbar: withstand voltage test, insulation resistance test, and grounding continuity test.
Release station
The system automatically determines the qualified status of each test and generates a unified corresponding product quality inspection report based on it.
The inspection report generated by the Automatic Busbar Inspection Machine supports multiple methods such as local archiving, on-site printing, and remote storage.
