Mylar Slitting Busbar Insulation Machine is mainly used for slitting the busbar insulation polyester film. This device is composed of three parts: feeding zone, slitting unit, and discharging zone. The length can be set according to the required meterage, and the width can be adjusted to meet specific requirements.

The feeding zone accommodates raw material rolls up to Φ700mm in outer diameter and up to 1200mm in width. The slitting unit is equipped with 8 blades, delivering a slitting speed range of 0–300m/min and a slitting width of 30–1200mm. The maximum rolling diameter in the discharging zone is Φ480mm. The machine operates on an AC380V 50/60Hz power supply with a 3kW motor.
