Common types of busbar machines

Busbar processing machines typically have three processing units: punching, shearing, and bending. These units allow for convenient and quick shearing, punching (round holes, oblong holes), bending (flat bending, vertical bending), embossing, flattening, twisting, and cable connector pressing on copper and aluminum busbars.

 

Functionally, they can be categorized as basic (single-function) and multi-function (integrating punching, shearing, bending, and bending). Based on processing capacity, they can be divided into small (10-20 tons, processing thickness ≤8mm), medium (20-50 tons, processing thickness 8-15mm), and large (over 50 tons, processing thickness ≥15mm). By automation level, they can be categorized as manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic (supporting PLC programming and storing multiple processing parameters). Based on application scenarios, they can be divided into general-purpose and customized types (such as those for processing busbars in new energy vehicle batteries). Additionally, there are turret-type busbar processing machines with an eight-position turret design, eliminating the need to change molds for punching. Five-in-one busbar processing machines offer flat bending, vertical bending, and embossing functions.
