Introduction to busbar machines

A busbar processing machine is a device used to process copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications. It is widely used in electrical equipment manufacturing industries such as high and low voltage switchgear, substations, busbar trunking, cable trays, electrical switches, communication equipment, home appliances, shipbuilding, office automation equipment, elevator manufacturing, and chassis and cabinet manufacturing. CNC busbar processing machines and turret-type busbar processing machines are among the models used. These machines integrate punching, shearing, bending, and other processes, and can process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications.

 

Busbar processing machines typically have three processing units: punching, shearing, and bending. These units allow for convenient and quick shearing, punching (round holes, oblong holes), flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, and cable joint pressing of copper and aluminum busbars. The punching unit can adopt an eight-position turret design, allowing for arbitrary adjustment of long and round holes without changing the molds. The bending unit uses a high-precision grating ruler displacement sensor to detect the mold stroke, ensuring the accuracy of the bending angle. Busbar processing machines are auxiliary equipment designed with reference to advanced foreign products and combined with domestic realities to improve work efficiency and ensure operational safety. They are suitable for use on construction sites for large electrical control box manufacturing and power transmission and distribution projects.
